My 9 year old son has made a list of 20 ways to stay healthy.
- eat fruits / veggies
- exersise
- get plenty of rest
- no stress
- be happy
- love your relatives
- reuse, reduce, and recycle
- don't smoke
- brush your teeth
- watch the Dr. Oz show and Dr. Phill
- do nice things for others
- respect others
- go to church
- take care of nature
- love your brothers and sisters

- own pets (mostly dogs)
- don't hunt
- watch less TV, play less games on Virtule consules (Wii, X-box, Ipad...)
- drink Zevia soda. Available at Hannafords. Caution: contains Erythritol
